For marinade, mix;

1 cup – Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. – Thyme
1 tbsp. – Oregano
1 tbsp. – Pepper
1 tbsp - Rosemary
1 tbsp. – Lawry’s Seasond. Salt
1 tbsp. - Garlic, granulated

For Au Jus, mix;

2 boxes Beef Broth - Reduce by half
2 tsp – Worcestershire
1/2 tsp – Thyme
1/2 tsp – Oregano
1/2 tsp – Garlic
1/2 tsp – Black Pepper
pinch - Rosemary
Salt to taste

Directions:

Marinate prime rib overnight in refrigerator.
Remove prime rib from refrigerator 4 hours before putting in the oven to get closer to room temp.
Preheat oven to 475°. Add prime rib for 30 minutes until starting to brown. Cool oven to 250° and cook until meat thermometer reads 125° (about 2 hours).
Heat Au Jus to boiling before serving.
