Plastic freezer bags, sandwich size, good quality brand
2 eggs per omelet
Optional ingredients: diced ham or browned sausage (drained); diced tomatoes, diced onions, diced green pepper and/or red pepper, shredded cheese, butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Whip the eggs and pour into the plastic bag, have the diced ingredients in serving containers, select from ingredients adding your choice to the bags. Seal off the bag/s and put in a large pot of boiling water. Boil for exactly 13 minutes, remove and open bag. Pour the omelet onto serving plate.
Serve with fruit and oven potatoes.

*Fun for a group breakfast! Individuals can select desired ingredients for their "omelet bag". Prior to filling the bags, we used a felt tip pen to write names on each bag.
