2 cups TVP (soaked in boiling water)
1 cup tomato sauce
3/4 cup tomato past
1 cup water
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp cumin
1 lg onion

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the onion and saute in 4 tb oil. Add TVP and saute a few minutes, stirring to prevent burning. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Roll out (soft Sandwich Bun) dough into hotdog roll size. spread some of the TVP mixture on the dough to with 1/2 inch of ends. Roll like a jellyroll, sealing the tips as you go. Pinch the final seams together and place on a well oiled cookie sheet, seam side down. Allow the rolls to rise for about 10 minutes. Place in a 350º oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with mustard on the side.
