3 lb regular ground beef (not too lean)
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion salt
⅛ tsp pepper
2 tbsp liquid smoke
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp sage
3 tbsp tenderquick salt
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with hands. Take 3 - 12” x 13” foil sheets. Form meat into 3 rolls. Roll up in foil and seal ends. Refrigerate 24 hours. Remove from fridge and punch holes in one end with fork at bottom. Place on rack in baking pan. Bake at 325ºF for 75 minutes.
