1 1/2 (1-oz.) unsweetened chocolate baking squares
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash of salt
2 c. milk
6 c. fresh, strong coffee
Mini marshmallows or whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a saucepan, combine coffee, chocolate, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cook on a low/medium setting, stirring often until chocolate is melted.
2) Cook just until a boil. Reduce heat, stirring constantly and gradually add milk.
3) Cook on a low/medium heat until heated through.
4) Remover from heat and whisk mixture until foamy.
5) Pour mixture into mugs and top with marshmallows or whipped cream.
