2 c. sugar
2 c. water
1/2 c. honey
1 vanilla bean
2 1/2 c. fresh-squeezed lemon juice (about 24 lemons)
1 gallon cool water

Directions:
Directions:
1) Make the syrup: in a saucepan, combine sugar, 2 c. water, honey and vanilla bean. Cook on medium-high heat, then boil 4 to 5 minutes until sugar is dissolved. Cool.
2) In a large pitcher, add lemon juice and cooled syrup. Add cool water. Stir well, chill and serve.
