2 c. shredded or Monterey Jack cheese
6 Aztec Flour Tortillas
1 c. shredded cooked chicken
1/4 c. sliced green onion
Jalapeño slices (optional)
Sliced black olives (optional)
Sour cream (optional)
Salsa (optional)
Guacamole (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Lightly grease a large baking sheet
Spread 1/3 c. cheese evenly over half of each tortilla
Top each with chicken, green onions and optional ingredients
Fold tortillas in half over filling
Bake for 5 - 6 minutes or until cheese is melted
Cut tortillas in half
Serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole if desired
