2-3 lbs country style ribs
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 large cloves of minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Heat gas grill to medium heat and par cook ribs until they are 1/2 way cooked through, about 3 minutes each side. Turn one of the side of grill burners on to medium/low, but keep the other on a medium/high heat. Baste ribs with sauce and cook on low side, turning occasionally until cooked through, usually 4-6 minutes. Put ribs on high heat side, if they need to crisp up a little more.
