5 lb. extra lean ground beef (ground turkey can be substituted)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
3-4 T. chili powder (or to taste)
2 8-oz. cans of tomato sauce
10 oz of LaVictoria Mild Taco Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in skillet, adding salt, pepper and chili powder. When all of the meat is sufficiently browned, add the tomato sauce and the taco sauce. Let the filling simmer and cook down some so that the liquid is reduced and the filling is not so "runny." Fill your choice of taco shells and add your choice of toppings.

This makes enough for a crowd, but whatever filling you do not use can be put in containers and frozen for a quick lunch or dinner.
