4 T. butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. Monterey jack cheese, shredded
2 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and moisture squeezed out
1 T. chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
1.) Melt butter in 13" x 9" pan.
2.) Beat eggs well. Mix other ingredients and mix well with eggs.
3.) Pour in pan.
4.) Bake at 350º for 35 minutes until top is golden brown.
