4-5 LB BABY BACK Ribs
½ Cup Butter
1 Onion
1 Tablespoon Garlic
1 Cup Water
½ Cup White Vinegar
1 Cup Catsup
1 Cup BBQ Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
1 Lemon (Juice)
Salt
Black Pepper
½ Cup Honey

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Ribs in salted water for one hour. Make Sauce while Boiling. Put Ribs in marinade appropriate vessel.

Sauce:
Melt butter in saucepan. Saute onion and garlic in butter until cooked. Put in blender and blend until liquid.
In saucepan, put this mixture and all remaining ingredients. Bring to boil.

Marinade ribs with sauce in refrigerator for a minimum of two hours. Finish on grill. When nearly done, coat ribs with 100% sweet baby ray’s BBQ sauce (in addition to the 1 cup listed.)
