1 lb. beef sirloin or flank steak
2 Tbsp. sugar or sugar substitute
1/4 cup soy or teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp. sesame seeds
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice beef against the grain into 1/4" slices that are 2-3" long. Stir sugar, soy sauce, oil, sesame seeds, green onions, garlic powder, and pepper, together in a bowl. Add meat, toss until all pieces are coated. Cover and marinate 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator. Place strips, 1/2" apart on broiling pan rack. Broil a few minutes on each side. Serve immediately.
