1 lb. Pickerel fillets
almond flour
seasoning salt
garlic powder
onion powder
dill weed
2 eggs, beaten
Coconut oil or butter, for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Wash pickerel fillets. Mix almond flour, and seasonings to taste on a plate. Beat eggs in a shallow bowl. Heat coconut oil or butter in skillet. Dip fillet in egg and then in flour mixture, coating both sides. Place in skillet and fry until brown on one side, then turn over.
