Purchase rings according to the number of guests (usually 3-7 rings).

Boil the kielbasa for approximately 5-10 minutes.

Remove from pot (but save water). Fresh kielbasa should also be broiled for a few minutes.

Refrigerate until ready to cut and served. The rings can be cut into large pieces after they're cooked and put cold on a serving platter.
