Crock pot full of wings or chicken thighs
Flour for dredging
Salt, pepper, seasoning salt
2 eggs, beaten
Oil for frying

Items I would pull from cupboard to add:
Honey
Corn syrup
Tomato Sauce
Brown Sugar
Chili Powder (or Tex-Mex seasoning)

Items I would pull from fridge to add:
BBQ Sauce
Ketchup
Honey Garlic Sauce
Thai Chili Sauce
Teriyaki Sauce
Soy Sauce
Apricot Jam
Orange Marmalade

Directions:
Heat oil in skillet for frying chicken. Mix flour and seasonings in a bowl. Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Dip chicken wings and/or thighs in egg and then flour. Place in skillet and fry till done on both sides. Place chicken in crock pot. Take a large saucepan and add your desired sauce ingredients. Heat on low to combine the ingredients you choose. Once warm, taste the sauce and add whatever else it seems to need. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with lots of napkins!

Everyone seemed to really enjoy these and the kids would ask for them when they came home to visit. They are definitely NOT low carb! Sorry there are no exact quantities of ingredients. I cook them "Grandma Ethel" style! This sauce can also be used with meatballs.
