1 package chili seasoning
2 lb ground beef
2 1/2 c cold water
8 oz tomato sauce
12 6-in flour tortillas
1/2 lb Velveeta, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Add water, tomato sauce and chili seasoning. After chili has been prepared, place 2 tbsp chili in the center of each tortilla. Roll tortillas tightly and place with seam down in the bottom of 12 x 8 baking dish. Top rolled tortillas with remaining chili. Cover. Bake at 350ºF for 25 min. Top with cubed Velveeta, and continue baking uncovered, 5 min or until cheese melted.
