3 lb beef tips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup red wine
small can sliced mushrooms
1 pkg lipton onion soup mix
small container of sour cream
Egg noodles or rice - personal preference
Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, soup, wine, mushrooms and lipton soup mix in a crock pot. Simmer on low 6-8 hours.

Before serving if desired add in sour cream to the mixture.

Serve with either egg noodles or rice which ever you prefer.
