Ingredients:  
1 lb. beef round (thin sliced)
5-10 slices ginger root
1 onion in (cut in chunks)
1 green pepper (cut in chunks)
1 tomato (cut in chunks)
Sauce:
4 T. cornstarch
3 T. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. water
2 T. salad oil
2 beef bullion cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
In a hot wok or large skillet, cook the following in a small amount of oil, pushing each cooked item up the sides to keep it from over cooking.
Beef and ginger - 1 min.
Onion - 1 min.
Peppers - 2 min.
Add sauce and cook until thickened and add tomatoes just before serving.
May also add bamboo shoots and water chestnuts before the tomatoes.
