1 16-oz. box vanilla wafers
2 c. finely chopped pecans
1 c. powdered sugar
4 T. light Karo syrup
1/2 c. whiskey (Woodford Reserve)
2 T. cocoa powder, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Chop wafers and nuts in food processor until fine.
Add sugar and cocoa powder if desired and blend.
Add whiskey and Karo and blend.
Roll dough into 1" balls and roll in powdered sugar.
Place in airtight container for at least 1 week.
