4 pork chops (can squeeze in a couple more)
1 cuo onions, chopped
1 large stalk celery, sliced
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 (8oz.) cans Hunts tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups beef bullion or beef broth
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
Ground pepper, to taste
1 cup uncooked regular rice
1/2 tbsp. basil

In a Dutch oven brown chops in hot oil. Remove chops. Add to same pan the celery,
Onions & mushrooms. Cook lightly. Drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients; add chops.
Bring to boil, reduce heat & simmer, covered 30 min.

Recipe calls for 4 chops but I have squeezed in 6 & it still comes out fine. Can tweak this
Recipe to your liking, I have even used mixed rices with or without beans. Kids say
I never make a recipe as written, but isn't that the fun of cooking?!
