1 c. whole milk, or other milk substitute (low-fat milk, almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk, rice milk, etc.)
1 c. cold water
6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 c. sugar (or 3 tbsp. honey or light agave)
1 tsp. vanilla
8-12 ice cubes

Directions:

1) Put all of the ingredients in a blender, excluding the ice.
2) Add ice until it reaches the 4 cup mark on the blender. Blend until smooth.
3) Drink and enjoy!
