3 c. sugar
1 c. white syrup
1/2 c. water 1 1/3 c. raw peanuts
4 T. unsalted butter
3 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, syrup and water on high heat till it reaches 230º (this takes about 5 min.) Use metal spoon to cook with.
Add peanuts and continue cooking until it reaches 300º (this takes close to 20 min.)
Add butter, vanilla and soda. Stir.
Pour onto buttered cookie sheet, when cool break into pieces.
