1 egg
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 1/4 cup light flavor olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temp before starting.Mix all ingredients in blender except for 1 cup of oil for 30ish seconds. Let sit for 30 mins or so. Slowly, slowly blend in remaining oil, if this is done to fast it will not work.
