Filling:
1 pkg raisins {1 lb} ground
2 Tbsp flour 1 cup water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vinegar

Dough:
2 cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups shortening
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp milk
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
6 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook filling ingredients until thick and raisins are cooked , this burns easily so stir often. Make a soft dough with the other ingredients and form into rolls. Wrap in waxed paper and chill. when chilled remove wax paper and cut into thin slices top one slice with a small amount of filling topping with another slice of dough sealing edges with fork. Bake at 350º for 12 mins.

If you combine raisins and water in blender a little at a time is the best way to grind raisins. This is a big enough recipe for double batch.
