3/4 C. bourbon
2 C. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
3/4 C. ground cloves
orange zest to taste
ham

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bourbon, sugar, mustard, cloves and orange zest. Pour over ham. Bake ham uncovered in a 350º oven 30-45 minutes. Baste it 2 or 3 times while cooking. It is already cooked so don't cook it too long. Just to hot and glazed. Let sit for a few minutes and when serving, pour remaining glaze over the ham.
