1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla
9 cups chex or crispex cereal
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, butter and chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 min. then stir to blend thoroughly.
Add vanilla and stir well.
Place cereal in large bowl. Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal and toss evenly. Coat with powdered sugar. (You can use large paper bag to coat candy mixture)
Place on cookie sheet to dry.
