10 large potatoes (peeled and diced)
1 c. onion diced
1 tsp. vinegar
1 lb. Velveeta, diced
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. Hellman's mayo
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Boil potatoes for 10 min.

Combine remaining ingredients. Mix with potatoes. Bake in a 9" x 13" pan for 1 hour.

Lightly brown and sprinkle 1/2 lb. of bacon on top during the last 15 minutes of baking.
