4 1/2 lb. butternut squash
7 cloves of garlic
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. butter
1 c. of Kraft shredded Italian 5 cheese with a touch of Philadelphia©

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Cut the squash in a half, peel skin off, take seeds out with a spoon, put it in a 9" x 13" baking pan with 1/2 c. of water and cover with aluminum foil.

Peel garlic and put in aluminum foil with the oil and roast alongside the butternut squash for 40 min or until tender. Let it cool down. Mash garlic, butternut squash and butter in a microwave-safe container.

Top with cheese and cook in high in microwave until cheese is melted.
