2 1/2 lb. baking potatoes (approx. 7), peeled and quartered
4 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cook potatoes and garlic in boiling water for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Drain. Mash potatoes until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Bake for 30 minutes.
