1 med-large butternut squash
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
dash nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Peel, slice and dice squash, and cook until tender. Cut in butter while still hot and mash. Add evaporated milk and sugar, and mix well. Add rest of the ingredients and mix. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes.
