1 avocado
1 can black eyed peas
1 can shoe peg corn drained

Dressing:
1 pkg zesty Italian dressing
1/13 cup oil
1/4 vinegar
2 Tbsp water

Dice and chop everything and add dressing. Serve with tortillas chips.
