1 pound of ground meat (your choice: turkey, pork, chicken or beef)
1 half chopped red pepper, green pepper and onion
2 chopped celery stalks
1 14.5 ounce can of tomato paste
214.5 ounce cans of diced tomatoes with mild green chilies
1 half package of McCormick's' Tex-Mex Chili Seasoning (or to taste mild or spicy)
2 tablespoons of chili powder Add sugar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat slowly in a skillet; add seasoning to taste.

Saute chopped vegetables (separately from meat in sauce pan using about a tablespoon of olive oil. Add seasoning to taste.

Combine tomato paste, diced tomatoes, chili seasoning, chili powder and sugar together. Cook on medium heat until almost done (use pan large enough for all ingredients).

Next add brown meat and sautéed chopped vegetables to combined mixture.

Cover, turn heat down low and soon you'll be done.

Serve over rice or pasta with tortilla chips, shredded cheese and sour cream.
