2 c flour
2 c sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 c chopped pecan
1 #2 can crushed pineapple (un-drained)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Mix by hand in a large bowl. Mix flour, soda and sugar. Add vanilla, eggs, pecans and pineapple. Thoroughly mix and pour into a 9 x 13" lightly greased pan. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until center is firm. remove from oven and frost while warm.

Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c margarine or butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 c powdered sugar
Mix together and spoon onto the warm cake and sprinkle chopped pecans over the top.
