1 cup water

1 stick butter, softened
1 tablespoon sugar

1 cup + 2 tablespoons flour
4 large eggs

1 cup dark semi-sweet chocolate chips, chopped

2 tablespoons water

1 teaspoon vanilla

½ cup toasted hazelnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside. In a small saucepan, combine water, butter and sugar and bring to a boil. Quickly stir in flour and beat until incorporated. Remove from heat and beat in eggs, one egg at a time. Beat in vanilla. Using 2 tablespoons, drop approximately golf ball-sized servings onto baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until puffed and golden. Remove, insert a toothpick to allow steam to escape.
Meanwhile, make the sauce by combining chocolate chips, butter and sugar in a small saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water. Whisk over medium low heat until well mixed. Remove, add vanilla and hazelnuts, and let cool. Fill the puffs with ice cream. Arrange on a serving dish and drizzle with chocolate sauce, or serve them individually
