4 lbs country spare ribs, separated

1 c brown sugar
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c soy sauce
1/4 c vinegar
1/4 c chili sauce
1/2 c ketchup
2 t prepared mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Whisk all ingredients except spareribs in small bowl. Arrange spareribs on rack in roasting pan; add water up to rack. Bake for 30 minutes; turn ribs and brush with sauce, bake 30 minutes more. Drain water and fat from pan and remove rack. Pour sauce over ribs in pan and mix well; cover pan tightly with foil. Turn oven down to 250ºand bake another 2 1/2 hours. Remove foil, return oven to 350º and bake 30 minutes longer. Serve with homemade applesauce; enjoy!
