1 1/2 - 2 lb. round flank steak
seasoned salt
pepper
minced garlic
bacon
water chestnuts, sliced
onion, separated and cut into 1" squares
bbq sauce (if your choice)
Wooden skewers (soaked for at least one hour)

Directions:
Directions:
Pound steak into rectangle. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and rub in. Pound again on both sides. Cut into long 1" strips. Take 2 bacon strips, place one on top of the steak strip, the other on the bottom of the steak strip, start rolling, alternately placing 1 onion & 1 chestnut slice on the roll until you make a 4-5" roll. Secure with skewers.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Brush with sauce .
Bake 1 hour longer.
