4 cups flour (2 cups whole wheat, 2 cups white flour)
2 tbsp.instant yeast (Fermipan)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
3 cups warm water
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
4 more cups flour

Directions:
Cover with tea towel. Let rise 20 minutes in a warm spot. Punch down. Rise 20 more minutes. Form into buns keeping in mind they will double in size when they rise. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 350 F for 15 - 20 minutes.
