2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Cool butter slightly and mix with the other ingredients. Beat well.

Grease skillet with cooking spray (once should be enough). Pour a ladle-full in hot skillet over medium heat. When the crepe bubbles, turn it over.

Serve with syrup, nuts, fruit, Nutella, jelly, whipped cream, etc.

Use half white and half whole wheat flour for "wheatier" crepes.
