Social Tea brand or other smaller and slightly sweetened/thin tea biscuits
2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry jello
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, softened
1.5 cups confectioner sugar
2 1/2 8 ounces packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup fruit cocktail, drained and chopped

Line a cake pan, preferably one with removeable sides, with the team biscuits (sides and bottom) for the crust.
Prepare the jello according to the package instructions; set aside to cool. Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1/2 milk in a small bowl. Bring 1/2 cup remaining milk to a boil in small saucepan. Remove from stove, let cool until warm, then pour into the unflavored gelatin mixture, stirring frequently. Mixture should thicken slightly. In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, confectioner sugar, and cream cheese. Add the unflavored gelatin mixture, walnuts, and fruit cocktail. Mix well.
Pour the jello mixture over the cake batter. Refrigerate at least six hours and up to overnight.
