2 ( 10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed cream of shrimp soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 small onion, grated.
3/4 c. milk
salt, pepper
3 lb. raw shrimp cooked and cleaned
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab
1 ( 5 oz. ) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1- 1 1/2 c. celery, diced
3 T. parsley, fresh, minced
1 1/3 c. uncooked white long grain rice, cooked
paprika
slivered almonds

Directions:

Blend soup into mayonnaise in large bowl. Stir until smooth. Add onion, then milk. Add seasoning. When well seasoned, combine other ingredients except paprika and almonds. Add few tablespoons milk if mixture seems dry. It should be moist. Turn into large, shallow buttered casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and scatter almonds over top. Bake uncovered at 350 for about 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
