1-2 heads of cauliflower (depending on size of head)
1 c cooked bacon bits (must be real thing; can substitute turkey bacon)
½ c green onions, chopped
½ c mayonnaise
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon and let cool. Break cauliflower into small pieces (basically just use the flowers). Cut up green onions. In large bowl mix all the ingredients together and let sit overnight (can be served after half a day but is best the next day).
