Ingredients:  
2 ribs celery, diced
1 onion, diced
1 10 oz can diced tomatoes
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 lbs chicken, cooked and diced
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp thyme
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp tarragon
1 gallon chicken stock
8 oz corn tortilla, fried and crumbled
Tomato paste, as needed to thicken

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, celery, diced tomatoes and garlic until onions are translucent. Add chicken and seasonings. Stir to incorporate. Add chicken stock. Fry tortillas and add to the pot. Puree and cook until heated through. Adjust seasonings and consistency as needed.
