6 cloves garlic, chopped
2 onions
1 celery stalk, diced
1 carrot, diced
12 potatoes, diced and cooked
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp basil
2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp parsley
1 gallon chicken broth
1/2 gallon heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic, onions, celery and carrots until tender. Add spices, potatoes, broth and heavy cream. Let simmer 20 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Thicken with cornstarch and water to reach desired consistency.
