½ c slivered almonds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
½ head or 1 bag shredded cabbage
12 oz bean sprouts
2 c mushrooms, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
¼ c sunflower seeds
1 pkg instant noodles (raw)
½ pkg Chow Mein noodles

Dressing:
1 pkg seasoning from instant noodles
½ c oil
2-4 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix cabbage, bean sprouts, mushrooms, green onions, almonds, and sesame and sunflower seeds. In a shaker, mix together the dressing ingredients. Add the dressing to the cabbage mixture. Toss in the noodles.
