1 c onion
1 c celery
1 c carrots
3 c potatoes
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb Velveeta cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Boil onion celery carrots and potatoes in 1 qt water with chick bouillon cubes and cook 20 minutes add cream of chicken soup. Simmer until tender and add cheese.
