2 cups uncooked Minute rice
2 10 ounce pkg frozen chopped broccoli , thawed and patted dry
1 jar Cheese Whiz
1 cup undiluted cream of chicken soup
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the two cups of dry rice according to package directions.
Saute the broccoli in a few teaspoons of olive oil over medium-high heat for three to five minutes.
Mix all ingredients and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
