1 1/2 cups flour
2/3 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup butter softened
3 eggs lightly beaten
3 Tbsp flour
1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar and butter; pat into 13X9 pan bake at 350º for 20 mins. Meanwhile in bowl whisk eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice until frothy. Pour over the hot crust and bake an additional 20-25 mins or until golden brown. Cool and dust with powdered sugar. Cut into squares.
