1 c soya sauce
½ c liquid honey
2 tsp ginger
4 tbsp vinegar
1 c oil
4 tbsp parsley
2 tsp coarse salt
1 tsp pepper
cloves of garlic to your taste
1 roast of beef, cut into cubes

Directions:
Directions:
In an ice cream pail, mix together all ingredients in the marinade. Stir in the beef cubes. Keep refrigerated for one week, stirring daily. Skewer onto shish kabob sticks and barbeque or bake in oven.
