2 lb.'s Pork Spare Ribs
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste.
Your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large glass bowl, mix sugar and vinegar. Add meat, mix so all of the meat is covered. Cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate over night. Best for 24Hrs.

Cook meet on low flame as the sugary marinade burns quickly. Brushing with any left over marinade.

5 Minutes before meat is ready brush on BBQ sauce.
Great with Cole Slaw and Corn Bread!
