1 rack of baby back ribs
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp liquid smoke
Salt and black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Salt and pepper both sides of ribs.
Place ribs in a sheet of heavy duty foil.
Add vinegar and liquid smoke and wrap foil tightly.
Wrap in a second piece of foil.
Place in oven on a cookie sheet with sides.
Bake 1½ to 2 hours.
Remove from foil, and if you wish, cut into pieces of 2 or 3 ribs.
Add barbecue sauce of your choice and serve.
